Demo Framework Scenarios are Features modules that extend the Demo Framework distribution. The idea behind a scenario is that one simply turns on a Feature and has a specifically targeted demo site working out-of-the-box.
DFS WEM

There are two ways to enable DFS WEM.
DFS WEM Manual Install
Visit Admin > Structure > Features and click on Demo Framework Scenarios. Check the box next to 'DFS WEM' and click Save Settings. This may take some time to load as DFS WEM is a rather large Feature. It is enabling content types, panels pages, user configurations and site variables. When it is finished, you will see a prompt stating: "DFS WEM: Enable Content" - click on the Enable Content link to install the demo content and users if you wish to use them. This will run a batch process and redirect you to the site's homepage.
DFS WEM Drush Install (recommended)
Using Drush is the recommended way to enable the DFS WEM Feature and import its demo content and users. Simply call the shell script included in the dfs_wem module folder to make this work automatically.$ sh profiles/df/modules/dfs/dfs_wem/dfs_wem.sh
